Add KiCad project files, Doc and Software and Hardware folders

- KiCad Project contains:
o Footprints for:
	- HLK-7628N
	- Molxex USB-C 2171790001
o Changes:
	- Add HLK-7628N module
	- Add 3.3V power supply with TPS62A06 buck regulator
	- Add Molex USB-C for 5V/3A power input
	- Add 3x HR911105A RJ45 10/100Mbps plugs for WAN, LAN1 and LAN2
	- Button for CPU reset
	- Various testpoints (3.3V, 5V, JTAG)
